Terms of service

1. Overview

Solar Release Co. is a legal-support and consumer advocacy company that assists homeowners in exiting deceptive or fraudulent solar panel contracts. We offer structured case support, fraud investigation, document coordination, and attorney-backed dispute services. Legal services are provided through licensed attorneys either employed or contracted by our firm.

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site or our services.

2. Scope of Services

Solar Release Co. provides the following:

  • Case intake and fraud interview

  • Document collection and verification

  • AI-powered fraud analysis and report generation

  • Drafting and submission of disputes to lenders, installers, or government bodies (CFPB, FTC, AG)

  • Legal coordination with licensed attorneys for further resolution

  • Secure document handling and client communication

  • Optional litigation referral if informal resolution fails

We are not a law firm. Legal support is provided through licensed attorneys with whom we partner. Submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship unless formally retained by legal counsel.

3. Flat Fee Resolution Pricing

We offer two service tiers based on case complexity:

Tier 1 — Standard Solar Contract Exit: $6,350

Includes:

  • Full case review and documentation

  • Fraud report creation

  • CFPB, AG, and FTC complaint preparation

  • Legal dispute letter drafting and submission

  • Case tracking and client communication

Tier 2 — Escalated/Complex Case: $7,450

Includes all Tier 1 services, plus:

  • Expedited review and attorney coordination

  • Support for PUC utility complaints

  • Additional research for missing documentation, UCC filings, or lien issues

  • Support for advanced or high-risk legal escalation

Why Flat Fee Pricing?

We believe in transparency. Most solar victims are already financially strained — we refuse to charge hourly legal fees or unpredictable retainers. Our flat fees are structured to cover the complete dispute process, from intake to resolution, including AI analysis, attorney time, and back-end support. This approach ensures you know exactly what to expect, with no surprises or billing games.

4. Refund Policy

Clients may be eligible for a partial refund if we are unable to obtain any form of resolution within 24 months of payment. A non-refundable administrative fee of $2,000 is included in all service tiers. Approved refunds may take up to six (6) months to process and will be issued based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to that point.

5. Document Submission Requirements

Clients are required to submit the following to initiate services:

  1. Solar Installation Agreement

  2. Finance/Loan Agreement

  3. Utility Bills (before and after installation)

  4. Photo or evidence of misrepresentation

  5. Signed Vendor Agreement

Failure to submit these may delay or prevent resolution and affect eligibility for refunds.

6. Communication and Consent

By engaging our services or submitting your information, you consent to be contacted via phone, email, or SMS by Solar Release Co. and its affiliates. Standard messaging rates may apply. You may revoke this consent at any time.
