1. Overview

 

Solar Release Co. is a consumer advocacy and case management company that assists homeowners with documentation review, dispute preparation, and case organization related to residential solar transactions.

Solar Release Co. is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

 

2. Scope of Services

 

Solar Release Co. provides the following:

  • Case intake and client interviews

  • Review and organization of solar-related documents

  • Identification of potential misrepresentations or disclosure concerns

  • Preparation of written findings summaries

  • Documentation and case-material preparation for dispute or escalation

  • Case coordination and client communications

  • Secure document handling and storage

 

We are not a law firm. Any legal analysis or representation is provided solely through independent licensed attorneys (e.g., WHM Law) with whom clients may independently engage.

3. Flat Fee Resolution Pricing

 

Fees charged by Solar Release Co. are fixed and non-contingent and apply solely to consumer advocacy and case management services.

 

Fees are not based on outcomes and are not tied to the success or failure of any dispute, complaint, or escalation.

Tier 1 — Standard Case Audit & Review: $6,350

Includes:

  • Full case intake and document review

  • Factual summary creation

  • Administrative assistance with regulatory filing (CFPB, FTC)

  • Correspondence organization and case tracking

Tier 2 — Escalated/Complex Case: $7,450

Includes all Tier 1 services, plus:

  • Expedited document processing

  • Enhanced coordination with third-party legal counsel

  • Additional research for missing documentation or UCC filings

  • Priority administrative support for escalated cases

4. Refund Policy

​​

Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the Client Service Agreement and depends on the stage of service delivery.

​

Due to the immediate commencement of administrative and investigative services upon enrollment, refunds may be limited or unavailable once work has begun.​

​

5. Document Submission Requirements

​

Clients are required to submit the following to initiate services:

  1. Solar Installation Agreement

  2. Finance/Loan Agreement

  3. Utility Bills (before and after installation)

  4. Photo or evidence of misrepresentation

  5. Signed Vendor Agreement

​

Failure to submit these may delay or prevent case processing and affect eligibility for refunds

​

6. Communication and Consent

​

By engaging our services or submitting your information, you consent to be contacted via phone, email, or SMS by Solar Release Co. and its affiliates. Standard messaging rates may apply. You may revoke this consent at any time.

7. Legal Disclaimers

​

  • Solar Release Co. is a DBA of Asset Defense LLC. We are not a law firm.

  • Legal services are coordinated through independent licensed attorneys.

  • Results are not guaranteed.

  • Information on this website is for educational and informational purposes only.

8. Modifications

We provide consumer advocacy, documentation assistance, and case management services.
Legal services, when required, are provided by independent, licensed attorneys.


Fees paid to Solar Release Co. cover administrative, investigative, and case management services and are not contingent upon legal outcomes.

ESCALATION & REFERRAL DISCLOSURE

In certain situations, a client’s matter may require further review by a licensed attorney. In those instances, clients may independently choose to engage an attorney of their choosing.

 

At the client’s request, Solar Release Co. may assist with case handoff and documentation coordination as part of its consumer advocacy services. Any attorney engagement is governed by a separate agreement directly between the client and the attorney.

 

Solar Release Co. does not provide, control, supervise, or influence attorney services, advice, strategy, or outcomes.

NO GUARANTEES DISCLOSURE

Not all solar contracts qualify for cancellation, modification, or relief. Outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, contract terms, and third-party decision-makers.

 

No specific result or resolution is promised or guaranteed.

RELATIONSHIP DISCLOSURE

Communications with Solar Release Co. through this website, email, text message, or telephone do not create an attorney–client relationship.

 

Any professional relationship beyond consumer advocacy services exists only between the client and the independently selected service provider.
